Job Responsibilities
- Analyze problems and develop methods to reduce the risks and reduce the cost of the organization
- Monitor and follow up problem improvement in the factory
- Review monthly quality report
- Control and responsible quality in-process & finish product
- Develop and coach subordinate in team
- Prepare a report summarizing the results of other quality checks in standard and compliance
- Perform any task assigned by management
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering majored in Electronics, Electrical or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electronics industry (PCBA, SMT) is preferred
- Strong Knowledge in SMT Surface Mounting Technology
- Excellent Knowledge in Quality Standard System
- Good command in English (Both of Writing and Speaking)
