Logistic Specialist

Job responsibilities:

• To support the local finish goods stock replenishment in Thailand and to ensure efficient delivery of material to the Asian Market

• Responsible to grant reliable OTIF service levels while optimizing the inventory in line with a given target

• In charge of providing the best material available to customer request

• Involved in supporting Sales on local allocate/ escalation issue

• Ensure an efficient alignment on the operating activities in the local WH/DC

• In charge of the local intercompany ordering process • Improve forecast accuracy, ensure on-time supply, and make an efficient production plan

• Coordinate with sales and CS team to provide a realistic sales forecast

• Guarantee an optimum and cost-effective utilization of the transport network/method

• Aiming to constantly define, negotiate and maintain the most effective cost/ service solution with the logistic service provider

• Trucks arrangement with the transportation company

• Do goods receipt and goods issue in SAP timely

• Confirm stock availability and shipment delivery date to a customer team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a logistic or related field

• At least 5 years' experience in logistic

• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures

• Knowledge in material import and export in Asian Countries

• Knowledge in SAP system

• Good communication in English

• APICS or equivalent qualification will be considered as a plus
