Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring manager to manage and analyze organization needs
- Implement and initiate people strategy and system to align with business direction
- Support competency and skills gap analysis and organizational development analysis
- Build strong organizational culture and motivate their passions through learning strategy
- Drive performance management and manage succession plan
- Assure the alignment between business requirement and organizational structure
- Collaborate with Head of HR and HRBP team to develop framework related HR life cycle, and organizational development
- Implement and manage talent development programs
- Collaborate with internal and external training institution to develop training programs
Experience requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in any field relating to Human Resource
- Minimum 7 -10 years experience with set up experience would be a plus
- In-depth experience in OD, talent management program design
- Excellent English communication skills
