Job Responsibilities


  • Work closely with hiring manager to manage and analyze organization needs
  • Implement and initiate people strategy and system to align with business direction
  • Support competency and skills gap analysis and organizational development analysis
  • Build strong organizational culture and motivate their passions through learning strategy
  • Drive performance management and manage succession plan
  • Assure the alignment between business requirement and organizational structure
  • Collaborate with Head of HR and HRBP team to develop framework related HR life cycle, and organizational development
  • Implement and manage talent development programs
  • Collaborate with internal and external training institution to develop training programs

Experience requirements


  • Bachelor or Master degree in any field relating to Human Resource
  • Minimum 7 -10 years experience with set up experience would be a plus
  • In-depth experience in OD, talent management program design
  • Excellent English communication skills
