Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for food program and food safety. Will assist with pricing strategies and sales and margin goals.
- Ensure plans are in place for inventory supply and other service providers (utilities, licenses etc.) for business continuity
- Demonstrates and reinforces the leadership behaviors to gain commitment all operation staff
- Coordinates implementation and execution of new products and processes consistently within the country.
- Consults and creating a positive work environment while working shoulder-to-shoulder with the teams to create and accomplish business and profit plan objectives.
- Identify home delivery partners and channels for increasing sales through delivery
- Develop negotiations plan for partnerships with delivery channels as per brand strategy
- Monitor all operations to ensure feedback is captured and actioned upon in a timely manner
- Develops, trains, and contributes to continuously improving the knowledge, skills, and abilities of his respective teams.
Experience requirements
- Thai Nationality Only
- Minimum in bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years’ direct experience in Food Retail
- Able to travel up country and overseas for work
- Skills and knowledge of PC software
- Strong command in both English and Thai communication
