Job Responsibilities
- Conduct, monitor, and ensure the company's compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO), and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)'s rules and regulations
- Identify, notify, and advise the risk to CEO and Management team
- Issue and follow up action plans, policies, and procedures to corrective risks and other problematic issues
- Other related jobs assigned
Experience requirements
- Bachelor or higher in Law, Economics, Finance, or other related fields
- At least 3 years of experiences in Legal and Compliance or Audit in renowned Financial Organization
- Excellent in analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Capital Market or Digital Asset is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
