Assistant Production Planning Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and control production daily, weekly and monthly by planning, scheduling and preparing raw material and make sure each operation meets related requirements
- Control the plan to supply raw material and packaging material against production scheduling to minimize operation interruption and communication with suppliers
- Review raw material planning to avoid excess/shortages of materials to be consistent with standards
- Keep monitor production output to ensure that actual production has been completed regard to production schedule and raise foreseen issues and deliver to customers as requested
- Analyze, calculate and implement material inventory levels and also control inventory in optimal level
- Develop Capacity Planning for medium and long term
- Manage and file related documents for production planning
- Report the progress of production plan summary including problems to foresee the production plan adjustment
- Coordinate with Logistics team for delivery planning
- Coordinate with customers to get customers' requirement
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related Engineer such as Food Science
- At least 5 years experience in production planning, raw material planning, supply planning, delivery planning from a manufacturing facility, preferably with a background in label and packaging industry
- Have knowledge and skills in customer coordinator will be a plus
- Active, energetic, flexible, prioritize and good negotiable skill with growth mindset
- Strong computer skills, including ERP i.e. Navision, SAP
