Job Responsibilities


  • Provide sales and services to customers.
  • Management customer service activity and coordinate with sales team.
  • Answer and respond to customer inquiries, needs and requirements.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot complex sales and services issues of customers.
  • Provide after-sales services to customers.
  • Build relationships with customers through follow-up of services.
  • Lead and guide sales professionals to improvise sales opportunities.
  • Perform competitor products and services analysis.
  • Improvise changes in sales and service strategies.
  • Assist and support sales & services team members to achieve outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance of corporate policies and procedures and standards.
Education requirements
  • Thai native speaker, age 35-45 years old 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, E-Mail etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in customer activity including 3 years experience in management level.
  • Able to work at Amata City.
