Job Responsibilities
- Provide sales and services to customers.
- Management customer service activity and coordinate with sales team.
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries, needs and requirements.
- Resolve and troubleshoot complex sales and services issues of customers.
- Provide after-sales services to customers.
- Build relationships with customers through follow-up of services.
- Lead and guide sales professionals to improvise sales opportunities.
- Perform competitor products and services analysis.
- Improvise changes in sales and service strategies.
- Assist and support sales & services team members to achieve outcomes.
- Ensure compliance of corporate policies and procedures and standards.
Education requirements
- Thai native speaker, age 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, E-Mail etc.)
- Minimum 5 years experience in customer activity including 3 years experience in management level.
- Able to work at Amata City.
