Job Responsibilities

·        Develops marketing strategy by tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; and monitoring the competition.

·        Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.

·        Developing and understand finance and budgets to include research and development appropriations, expenditures and profit-loss projections.

·        Analyze and evaluate data, reports, forecast, and identify specific issues and opportunities related to channel sales, customers, and/or regions for AVP or channel sales directors to take appropriate action

·        To develop and oversee the execution of strategic social media and digital initiatives, including developing and managing websites, social media channels, viral marketing campaigns and integrating interactive media into the overall business strategy

·        Participate in or monitor hiring, termination, training and development of sales and marketing staff

Experience requirements

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

·        At least 10 years of work experience and at least 3 years in QSR or Food retail  

·        Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

·        Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

·        Fluent command of English
