Job Responsibilities

  • To establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for responsible areas or territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for the products
  • To create new opportunity with prospects and maintain good relationship with existing client
  • To lead team to penetrate new sales channel
  • To support marketing team by providing sales data and customer's requirements for marketing promotions and campaigns
  • To ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
  • To manage, develop, coach, control and motivate sales staff in team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPIs target are met
  • To prepare and report daily/weekly/monthly sales performance to management

Experience requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing, business administration or any related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in beverage or fast-moving consumer products is preferable
  • Direct experience in B2B (OEM) will be an advantage
  • Solid experience in territory sales in eastern part of Thailand
  • Strong motivation, proactive, initiative, good mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
