Job Responsibilities
- Plan and manage warehouse, logistic including transportation and customer services.
- Manage and optimize full order cycle to meet customer satisfaction.
- Afficient contact and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturer and customer.
- Control service quality, stock levels, delivery times.
- Handle for transport costs and efficiency.
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
- Resolve any concern problems or complaints.
- Supervise, coach and train all workforce.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager.
- Experience of warehouse or logistic is required.
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
- Ability to lead and manage staff.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Manager or up of Distribution function in manufacturers would be more advantage.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with the external environment as it relates to distribution.
