Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with CS Product Manager to plan and execute a formalized training and competency programe for existing and new applicators.
- Responsible for maintaining housekeeping and cleanness of CS equipment and workshop area, and adhering to EHS requirements at site and in the field
- Ensure & prepare the availability and maintain quality of the samples for sufficient support of marketing of CS business.
- Responsible for ensuring all materials and equipment is made available prior to undertaking mock ups; on/off site training and product launches.
- Involve in product improvement/formula modification/product localization to suit the local market requirement and cost optimization.
- Provide technical support for new opportunity of sales Construction System (CS), with close interaction with superior.
- Provide product failure analysis and solution through laboratory testing, and trouble-shooting at the project site if necessary independently or with close interaction with CS Product Manager/Technical Manager.
- Provide technical training on the field to the applicator's foremen and operators for the correct applications of CS/UGC products.
- Ensure that all CS technical activities is compliant with EHS regulation
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical/ Mechanical/ and Civil Engineering
- 1 -3 years' experience in construction chemical industry
- Have an administrative skills and high responsibility.
- Good command of English both verbal and written skill.
- Process driving license.
- Able to work independently and under pressure inside job.
- Able to go to service around country and overseas.
