Job Responsibilities
- Planning, Controlling and Developing about new product by manage improving production process in order to response customer requirement by internal and external including production process improving and setting as well.
- Planning about research and development new product as well as current product as assigned.
- Managing research and development documents align to finished product.
- Finding a related process for research and development paper as well as finished product.
- Controlling, following up, solving problem of research methodology as well as trial and develop current product.
- Coordinate with Sales Team and other related departments.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Chemical, or any related.
- 8 years’ experience as R&D in manufacturing and trading chemical product.
- 3 years’ experience as Manager and has a team under control.
- Well understanding of rubber, polymer, tape, adhesive, etc.
- Well understanding of production, R&D process.
- Basic knowledge of automotive as well as IATF16949.
- Good command of English.
