Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise subordinate service operations strategic in all service branches and report the policy planning to executive superiors.
  • Arrange weekly/ monthly reports for management meeting.
  • Coordinate with Sales department for exchange customers information and major customers for submit service process details or customers product using problem and forward to related person.
  • Able to communicate with customers efficiently, immediately problem solving. Customers clearly understand about organization’s service process.
  • Manage for cost saving, budgeting, and targeting according to business goals
  • Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.


Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Automotive/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or any related filed.
  • At least 5 years in managerial level.
  • Fluent or Good command in English both writing and speaking.
  • Good in computer skills : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Auto CAD.
  • Knowledge in construction heavy machine and experiences in automotive business are advantageous.
  • Experiences in Japanese company would be advantage.
  • Can drive with driving license. (Company provides position car for candidate)
  • Based in Saraburi province.
