Job Responsibilities

·        Manage performance and improvement HR system

·        Ensure the efficiency of company payroll and time attendance system run properly and smoothly.

·        Maintain and update the suitable organization structure, salary structure.

·        Maintain and update HR Policies and Procedures. Ensure that it is not against labour law of Thailand and all employees have understand the company HR Policies and Procedures.

·        Ensure all payroll payment are accurate, pay within timeline and compliance with local/country authority rules and regulation.

·        Responsible for HR regular and ad hoc report when request from all parties.

·        Support HR of Regional and Corporate Office for any reports or information required within timeline.

·        Support Regional HR and Country Head to complete annual salary review, bonus and budget.

·        Prepare annual budget of staff cost, headcount and assist the strategic 5-year planning.

·        Ensure all employee profiles both of Thai and Foreign Workers, or all concerning personal related document/data are record properly.

·        Assist in mid-year and annual performance appraisal assessment run properly.

·        Develop the suitable cost effective recruitment and retention strategies.

Responsible for employee relations, safety, welfare and health.

Experience requirements


·        Bachelor or Master’s Degree In Human Resources Management or a related field

·        Having at least 5 years in managerial level with a multi-national company

·        Hands-on experience in HRM and/or HRBP.

·        Have working experience in a manufacturing filed.

·        General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.

·        Proficient with Microsoft Office program, the internet and email application.

·        Good command of English language (oral and written)

·        Willing to learn and take on more challenging roles, responsibilities and able to work well under pressure.

·        Good managerial skills, proactive, result-oriented, and flexible.

·        Good communication skills, inter personality, problem solving and analytical skills with services minded.

·        Quick thinking, positive attitude, hardworking and responsible.

·        Extensive experience in providing executive support and assistance at all levels.

·        Able to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment.
