Job Responsibilities
- Optimizing the customer service capability of Thailand to achieve and maintain higher level of customer satisfaction
- Managing of technical issues in Thailand and providing appropriate solutions & countermeasures
- Leading and developing the service team
- Management of Service team from Business Partners.
Experience requirements
- Minimum Education Required : Master Degree in Business Administration or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum Experience Required : Minimum 15 years working experience in IVD market with at least 5 years at supervisor or management level
- Skills and Knowledge Required : Strongly leadership, work independently and strong teamwork and strong customer focus
- Attitude Required : Positive attitude and able to turn problems to be opportunities
- Good English communication, both oral and written.
