Job Responsibilities

  • Optimizing the customer service capability of Thailand to achieve and maintain higher level of customer satisfaction
  • Managing of technical issues in Thailand and providing appropriate solutions & countermeasures
  • Leading and developing the service team
  • Management of Service team from Business Partners.

Experience requirements

  • Minimum Education Required : Master Degree in Business Administration or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Minimum Experience Required : Minimum 15 years working experience in IVD market with at least 5 years at supervisor or management level
  • Skills and Knowledge Required : Strongly leadership, work independently and strong teamwork and strong customer focus
  • Attitude Required : Positive attitude and able to turn problems to be opportunities
  • Good English communication, both oral and written.
