Job Responsibilities
  • Manages marketing campaign for new product and current product portfolio, including providing product and general contents, offering product promotion, optimizing product inventory, and overseeing other marketing-related materials and activities
  • Researches and analyses market trends, product competitors, and other relevant information to comes up with initiatives for new products or commercial innovation for current product portfolio
  • Adjusts marketing plan and strategy as needed in response to the issue or the challenging situation.
  • Develop and execute fully integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, programs, training, experiences, sponsorships or promotions to support and drive sale implementation, and activation
  • Develop Independent Business Owner and consumer targeted marketing efforts, including CRM, loyalty programs, sampling and promotions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive spokesperson, sponsorship and expert speaker initiatives & programs to enhance brand awareness and favorability.
  • Design and implement initiatives and programs that build and marketing capabilities.
  • Develop strategy and programs that support the Marketing Framework


Experience requirements
  •  10 years-experience from MLM, consumer goods/FMCG is preference
  • Solid experience from Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Awareness
  • Familiar with MNC company, global brand
  • Fluent in English


Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree of any fields, MBA is preference
