Job Responsibilities
- To perform software testing to see if the software meets all the requirements
- To create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for new or updated software projects
- To execute test cases within a test plan and create test reports to describe software evaluation, testing, and correction
- To ensure a complete understanding of the issue/bug found and report the same to the development team.
- To gather logs, configuration details in case of a bug and provide the same to the development team.
- To set up test environments.
- To troubleshoot issues reported by the customers in live production environments and provide logs and configuration details to reproduce the issue to the development team
- To update and maintain all test artifacts within the centralized test management tool and test assets owned by the QA team
- To participate in the QA process improvement (Designing and improving QA Process)
- To prepare Summary Reports
- To work with customers at all levels of business, agility in day to day tasks, and proactively solve problems
Experience requirements
- Fluent in French communication, written and verbal (Any nationality)
- Fluent in English communication is a must
- Able to relocate or work in Bangkok, Thailand
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Sciences or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a QA Engineer with experience in developing test plans, test specifications, test cases, and test data creation.
- Possess experience with Core-Banking and Banking related projects
- Possess experience with Linux fundamentals (Command line navigation and basic features, file system, permissions, networking, etc.)
- Dedicated and self-motivated with the ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams as well as independently.
- Experience working in complex assignments and a fast-paced banking environment.
