Job Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from beginning to end.
- Review contracts and subcontractor management
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet the timeline
- Determine and allocate resources (manpower, equipment and materials) within the budget
- Manage costs in order to meet budget
- Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
- Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
- Conduct site checks to monitor progress, quality and safety standards
- Keep update the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly
- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team
- Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred
- 8-10 year's experience in project and construction management over 500 MB/ investment project value
- 3-5 years in the position level (Manager/Director)
- Good command of English
- Strong management and leadership skill
