Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with oversea suppliers and relevant domestic suppliers
- Manage procurement including negotiations with various suppliers
- Building up and maintaining a long-term relationship with the suppliers
- Check the quality of the supplier’s products
- Issue & supervise the delivery and purchase in time
- Handle the Import & Export purchasing procedures of the company’s products
- Review all relevant Import & Export documents to proceed correctly
Experience requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in Purchasing or Chinese Coordinator
- Fluent in Thai and good command of Chinese (HSK level 5 or above)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work on Saturday
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
