Job Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales and Profit Objectives as agreed with the Country Manager for market area responsible
- Assist the assigned importers in the planning, co-ordination and implementation of marketing and sales programs towards potential customers in the respective sales territories and involve the assistance of the Product Support team, Country Manager wherever beneficial.
- Develop new clients and sales opportunities in responsible territories and maintain existing clients
- Assist Country Manager for effective administration and improvement of all sales related transactions and matters
- Assist Country Manager to contribute actively to increase the brand awareness and market share and promote its values and beliefs
- Assist Country Manager for the preparation of annual sales budgets and forecasts on responsible territories equipment sales and the achievement of the targets set
- Maintain regular and periodic review discussions with Country Manager, HQ and Factories to ensure progressive development of the sales effort and feedback of marketing information in the assigned territories
- Assist Country Manager in Sales, Leasing, Hire Purchase and Rental of trucks & equipment
- Maintenance and optimization of the Distribution network in cooperation with Country Manager
- Assist Country Manager in Annual Budgeting and quarterly Planning of Order Income, Sales (Revenue) and Gross Margins for Sales, Leasing, Hire Purchase and Rental business for markets in responsible territories
- Coordination of Marketing activities (together with Dealer if applicable) for responsible markets
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Sales and Marketing Management function
- Strong communication and inter-personnel skills
- International experience in a Multi-National-Company environment is preferred
- Computer literate (MS-Office tools)
- Languages: English is mandatory.
- Good interpersonal skill
- Can work under pressure
