Job Responsibilities
- Manage and provide support in troubleshooting existing problem formulations and suggest suitable improvements through the Process development team
- Manage and assist in the transfer and scale up of products from Pilot Plant into the manufacturing facility
- Supervise the manufacture of scale-up, stability and clinical batches within the pilot plant/production facilities in support of any submission processes.
- Drive the transfer of products from other manufacturing sites worldwide into the manufacturing department.
- Oversee and assist in the transfer of products from site to other manufacturing sites.
- Coordinate all activities to maintain the process and cleaning validation programs. To coordinate and assist in the timely execution of Trial and Validation batches and ensure that deadlines are meet and all correct sampling is carried out.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in production process of optical product
- Strong knowledge in TPM (Especially in Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance), OEE, Kaizen, Energy saving, analytical, problem solving skill and service mind.
- 5s, Lean Concept and Visual Management implementation knowledge will be advantaged.
- Proactive, focus on results oriented and good attitude of works.
- Good command of English
