Job Responsibilities
- You will work through the leadership team to drive the development and implementation of the site Lean and Six Sigma strategy, actions, and cross-functional activities.
- You will provide site Lean and Six Sigma training. Works through the leadership team to prioritize improvement activities and close gaps.
- You will provide Lean and Six Sigma support across the organization to drive short-term and long term business improvements.
- You will utilize Lean and Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste driving customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and improved working capital performance.
- You will work through site leadership to guide the site continuous improvement team, and corporate Lean initiatives and reporting.
- You will support the continuous improvement (Lean and Six Sigma) team. Assists in improvement activities including training, mentoring, facilitating Kaizen events, Six Sigma projects, tool deployment, benchmarking, etc.
- You will provide site Lean and 6 Sigma Mentoring. Build Continuous Improvement and Lean culture to drive change.
Experience requirements
- Advanced training/experience on lean manufacturing
- Bachelors Degree with major course of study in mechanical, industrial, electrical, mechatronic or other engineering discipline.
- Certificated green belt and black belt will be advantage
- Solid Experience in IE experience for over 5 years
- Good in English communication
