Medical Technologist Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Ensures the technical competency of the section staff by developing and maintaining training checklists, orienting, and training new staff members, and assessing competency.
- Operates section in the most cost-effective manner possible to support the overall financial structure of the institution.
- Covers on-call or in time of emergency/shortage in order to maintain laboratory minimum staffing levels.
- Assists in the development of the section budget to include manpower, capital requirement and operational expenses in order to help fulfill the fiscal responsibilities of the laboratory.
- Directs the evaluation and implementation of new test methods, procedures and equipment in order to keep the section current with established laboratory practices.
- Control Quality, Laboratory Accreditation and make sure the processes are complied with regulations
Experience requirements
- At least 5 years working experience as Medical Technologist
- Knowledge in Quality Control and Laboratory Accreditation
- Flexible with working schedule
- Able to communicate in Thai and/or English.
Education requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology
