Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial and operations for the plant.
- Monitor and manage P&L, budget, costing, capital expenditures, tax, variances, and consolidate financial information.
- Provide strategic financial advice to improve the performance of the plant manufacturing operations.
- Review and manage financial planning and financial forecast.
- Prepare financial statements and provide financial reports for the Management team.
- Implement and develop systems, procedures, processes to ensure accounting data accuracy and availability.
- Ensure the company’s financial policies are in compliance with local regulations.
- Supervise, coach, and provide training the team.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- 10 years working experience in a large multinational manufacturers is an advantage.
- Good understand of operational constraints with strong background and exposure in business planning, performance management and reporting area.
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
- Excellent MS Office skills & SAP knowledge is a plus.
