COO/Head of BU

·        To Manage current/new project development of high-rise/low rise, construction project, including design development, back office functions, P/L management, including finance, administration, human resources management

·        Handling Business Development Group, Marketing & Brand

·        Handling diary operation, give an advice to board of director/Chairman

·        Develop the long-term business plan & set up the annual business objective & KPI measurement for Business Unit

·        Set up the key visions, missions and objectives of company leading by the initiative of project development / Set Strategic Direction of Business

·        Managing internal and external corporate communications, ensuring real estate and construction laws are applied correctly

·        Direct Experience from Property Management at least 20 years

·        Have experience in low rise/high rise, P/L ,Portfolio Minimum 2,000 MB/year, PCL. background will be advantage

·        Understand in Digital Marketing will be plus

·        Solid experience in operation, commercial, finance , P/L

·        Bachelor/Master’s Degree of related fields
