Job Responsibilities
- Management compensation & benefit to be in line with the budget
- Formulate and advise on HR Com & Ben Policy and Payroll
- Discuss and formulate hiring budget
- Expatriate Management
- Employee on-boarding and Employee Relations
- Handle applications of Visa and Work Permit for Japanese management and their families
- Medical Check-up
- Review organization chart with the management
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 5+ years of experiences HR: Compensation & Benefits, Expatriate Management, HR Policy & Budgeting, Disciplinary Management, etc.
- Good command of English
- Conceptual thinking with ability to work into detail.
- Innovative and open-minded.
- Self-motivation and self-initiative.
- Willingness to learn new things and change.
