Job Responsibilities

  • Develop commercial and marketing strategies through B2C, B2B and O2O channel.
  • Identify opportunities and determine the bestselling strategy.
  • Analyze sales and other reports that give insight into how a company can make adjustments to improve performance.
  • Lead strategic commercial and marketing initiatives to ensure high competitiveness and differentiation of the business.
  • Define and execute projects to increase sales and profit based on interpretation of commercial/ marketing insight data and reports.
  • Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
  • Strive to become an expert in all product categories including but not limited to participation in industry specific Trade Shows and relationship building with suppliers.
  • Lead and build team capability.

Experience requirements

  • 7 years experience in Consumer Product both online and offline.
  • Team Management Skill.
  • Good Negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English.
