Job Responsibilities
- Leading and conducting legal team to deliver of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities
- Drafting, preparing, and negotiate contractual agreement with external vendors
- Coordinating with external legal consultant including litigators and auditors
- Providing, assisting, and supporting other department with consultation on legal issues
- Ensuring that company is complied with all related rules and regulations
- Updating and researching on the up-to-date laws and regulations related to company’s business
- Other related jobs
Experience requirements
- Bachelor or higher in Law
- At least 7 – 15 years of experience in management level
- First-class knowledge in IPO and Capital Market
- Excellent in management and leadership skills
- Self-motivated person who enjoy working in fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
