Strategic Supply Chain Manager

• Develop and implement policies and procedures, work instructions related to supply chain management including supplier selection, supplier performance, import & export compliance, purchased part pricing, supply agreements, negotiates contracts, inventory & production planning and control
• Provide guidance on vendor selection/qualification/negotiation and contracting.
• Analyzes market, lead-times & prices and delivery methods of suppliers to determine suitability to satisfy present and future material and service demands
• Direct supervision of purchasing, shipping/receiving, warehousing and master scheduling personnel
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing to ensure proper internal and external flow of materials to correspond with projects

• Male or Female age between 35 – 48 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in EMS business or Electronics Manufacturing with at least 5 years of team management.
• Good command of English and ability to communicate effectively in diverse multicultural environment.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
