- Handle overall of HR function; HRM, HRD, Labor Law, etc.
- Manage/supervise 4 subordinates in order to day-to-day of HR operation; Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, etc.
- Handle HR performance report and relevant to Japanese Manager
- Support some adhoc about admin and GA task.
- Bachelor's degree Major in HR, Business Administration, Political Science, or related.
- Over 10 years’ experience as HR Manager in sizable manufacturing (Over 300 HC).
- Experience in Japanese factory would be advantage.
- Labor law knowledge is required.
- Good command of English.
- Japanese skill would be advantage.
- Has a good interpersonal skill
