Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Installation and commission of equipment
  • Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical problems and/or hardware and software control programming, which includes control circuits, electronics, and P.C. Boards. All machines are PC or PLC controlled; some machines are linked to the Customer’s IT network for host system communications
  • Contact customers to schedule on-site field service visits and provide quotations received by Customer Sales & Service staff as a follow-up
  • Supply technical support for the customers in the region, including answering customers’ phone calls and emails for technical issues
  • Train customers on proper use and care of equipment, especially as it relates to sensitivity and maintenance-related aspects
  • Support domestic training of export dealer personnel as necessary or required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or as required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in onsite service/commissioning and working in a technical support environment, maintenance job, preferably for a tire or automotive plant
  • Experience and good capability with PLC is a must, such as Allen Bradley or Siemens
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, servo and pneumatic systems
  • Good oral, written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communications skills in the English and Thai language
  • Ability to work within a team focusing on the accomplishment of company goals
  • Must be able to travel outside Thailand
  • Self-starter & ability to multitask
  • Well organized
