Job Responsibilities
- Take order from customer via Online shopping site
- Responsible for processing of Sales orders, following up of Delivery schedule, Database control, Invoicing, and payment collection
- Assist with a warehouse fulfillment center to ensure a smooth order process
- Handle and resolve customers’ enquiries and issues promptly and effectively
- Responsible for handling import-export documentation
- Control import / export process, dealing with internal and external customers, to ensure the goods will arrive on-time and correct
- Control import / export schedule to ensure both the Company and customers can get the products on time
- Calculate customer demand and control stock inventory level
- Prepare document for FDA
- Assist pharmacist
Experience requirements
- BA in any field
- Good command of Japanese (N2 up or same level)
- Working experience more than 5years
- Must have basic computer literacy
- Working experience as Import-Export
- Preferred experience of working at Japanese Company and working with Japanese staff
- Good communication skill
- Lively, friendly
