Job Responsibilities
  • Handling all incoming calls and e-mail from Japanese customers and Connect to appropriate medical services
  • Coordinate between Patient and hospital or business partners and service providers.
  • Day to day Communication with customers who are face with a medical and travel emergency.
  • Handle and prepare medical procedures at Hospital for Japanese patients
  • Prepare and translate documents for medical procedure
  • Interpret Japanese-Thai between Thai doctor and Japanese patient
  • Support of a Japanese customer contacting a hospital when they have any health issue and have accident. (24hours emergency call-Shift work)


Experience requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • New graduated is also welcomed
  • Prefer having over 1 year working experience
  • Japanese language: Least JLPT 2
  • Basic communicable in English
  • Flexible, service minded and out going type of person
