Job Responsibilities
- Handling all incoming calls and e-mail from Japanese customers and Connect to appropriate medical services
- Coordinate between Patient and hospital or business partners and service providers.
- Day to day Communication with customers who are face with a medical and travel emergency.
- Handle and prepare medical procedures at Hospital for Japanese patients
- Prepare and translate documents for medical procedure
- Interpret Japanese-Thai between Thai doctor and Japanese patient
- Support of a Japanese customer contacting a hospital when they have any health issue and have accident. (24hours emergency call-Shift work)
Experience requirements
- Bachelor degree in any field
- New graduated is also welcomed
- Prefer having over 1 year working experience
- Japanese language: Least JLPT 2
- Basic communicable in English
- Flexible, service minded and out going type of person
