Job Responsibilities
- Handle overall of HR function; HRM, HRD, Labor Law but no need to handle payroll.
- Manage/supervise 1 subordinates in order to day-to-day of HR operation.
- Coordinate with legal and other related internal team about HR issue.
- Handle HR performance report and relevant to Japanese Manager.
- Support some adhoc about admin and GA task.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or any related.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in full function of HR; HRM & HRD.
- At least 3 years’ experience in management level with ability to manage team.
- Knowledge of Labor law is a must.
- No need to handle Payroll; Accounting Dept. is now handling this task.
- Good command of English.
- Able to start work immediately.
