Job Responsibilities
Delivering company growth and financial targets for volume & revenue to reach yearly goals and long-term objectives
Driving the consumer strategy leveraging consumer insights, partnerships and holistic shopper strategy
Developing the e-commerce business through food aggregators, online and digital platforms
Tracking brand, customers, and project performance through data analysis by converting KPI s and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business
Being responsible for the leverage of consumer insights to identify new sources of profitable growth
Developing a portfolio of brands/packages/prices to fulfill consumer needs and maximize revenue growth
Identifying the key business priorities and work with the cross-functional group to bring the brand marketing efforts to live in the marketplace
Working with agency and internal cross-functional partners to develop brand and channel marketing programs and supporting material
Developing programs and secure the required budget in order to execute the marketing plan
Experience requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration or any related field
10 years of experience in marketing with food ingredient, beverage and pharmaceutical industry
Strategic marketing both online communications and offline activation, and branding strategy
Business-driven mindset, ability to do financials/market share analysis as well as develop the business case
Results-driven and comfortable with metric
Good command of English
