Job Responsibilities
- Focus in factory operation category and engage cross-functional business parties to deliver robust source selection, contract negotiation, contract management, project execution, negotiation outcomes.
- Provide leadership and management for categories and multiple projects
- Building accountability for supplier performance relative to contracted service levels
- Managing supplier pay terms in adherence to companies’ policy
- Implementing procurement initiatives and process improvements for cost reduction, services, and supply security
- Ensure to delivering cost saving and payment plan are met in accordance with the plan
Experience requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in indirect procurement preferably gained in a FMCG background
- Well versed with SAP
- Able to work independently and Manage end-to-end of complex indirect purchasing project.
- Strong communicating, influencing, networking and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent organizational skills.
- Business English is preferred
