Job Responsibilities
- Handle overall scopr of Sales Coordinator functions such as check stock in warehouse and keep record
- Handle sales invoices, stock requisition and other document from Sales & Marketing team.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team and warehouse for delivery and support for Marketing Material arrangement for customers.
- Inventory management and check inventory report from Warehouse.
- Coordinate with Logistic staff for import products.
- Provide monthly inventory report for Accounting Department and the management.
Experience requirements
- Working experience in modern trade, cosmetic industry or stock management is an advantage.
- Good communication skill, independent and flexible
- Have Microsoft Excel skill
- English skill for communication level : Able to read email and communication with Japanese
