Job Responsibilities
  • Expand the service center, drop point, and increase a service vision. 
  • Administer the key performance index (KPI), and customer satisfaction. 
  • Increase efficiency in the process of repair and delivery. 
  • Request an improper of ASC warranty. 
  • Schedule the training course of product repairs and all concerns such as technician, call center officer, and PC.
  • Analyze all products returned and keep follow-up of the products’ qualities.
  • Keep track of the quantity of spare parts of drives sold.
Experience requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in post-sale service. 
  • Good experiences in repair & maintenance, service center, or training center would be advantages. 
  • Good interpersonal and human relation skills.
  • Good analytical thinking and management skills. 
  • Skillful in MS Office and SAP is an advantage
Education requirements
  • Bachelor degree in engineering, business administration, or other related fields.
