- Expand the service center, drop point, and increase a service vision.
- Administer the key performance index (KPI), and customer satisfaction.
- Increase efficiency in the process of repair and delivery.
- Request an improper of ASC warranty.
- Schedule the training course of product repairs and all concerns such as technician, call center officer, and PC.
- Analyze all products returned and keep follow-up of the products’ qualities.
- Keep track of the quantity of spare parts of drives sold.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in post-sale service.
- Good experiences in repair & maintenance, service center, or training center would be advantages.
- Good interpersonal and human relation skills.
- Good analytical thinking and management skills.
- Skillful in MS Office and SAP is an advantage
- Bachelor degree in engineering, business administration, or other related fields.
