Job Responsibilities
Build and set up an E-commerce strategy to achieve the company’s target
Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
Develop digital media strategies, Manage search budget allocation and strategy through the support of partner, and Regional Marketing
Monitor and interpret KPIs to align with company’s goal
Manage client relationship and retain client satisfaction on how to increase sales through merchandising, promotion planning and onsite marketing activities"
Set-up work procedures with logistic, customer service, warehouse to ensure operational efficiency
Analyzing customers behavior to drive innovation and customers’ experience improvement in order to ensure customers acquisition and conversion.
Ensuring e-merchandising is correct in terms of product assortment, stock levels and sell-through as well as rebalancing and removing of slow sellers and obsolete product.
Develop, execute, and steward a media & digital analytics strategy and roadmap, designed to optimize performance, efficiency, and competitive position
Experience requirements
Strong experience in E-commerce, and digital marketing with luxury, retail, cosmetic, skincare or related field
Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies
Result-oriented mindset and a record of initiating projects & activities
Good command of English
Able to solve the problem effectively with critical thinking skill
