Job Responsibilities
- Delivering legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies, and priorities
- Drafting, preparing, and negotiate contractual agreements with external vendors
- Coordinating with external legal consultant including litigators and auditors
- Providing, assisting, and supporting other departments with consultation on legal issues
- Ensuring that the company complies with all related rules and regulations
- Updating and researching on the up-to-date laws and regulations related to the company’s business

Experience requirements
- Bachelor or higher in Law
- At least 7 – 10 years of experience
- First-class knowledge in M&A, Project Finance, and Corporate Law
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
