Job Responsibilities

Generate and capitalize additional profit potential with the After-Sales Product Portfolio and generate measures to improve Service Image

Monitor local market, competitor analysis and usage of methods of market analysis

Advise dealers about all kinds of marketing activities such as campaigns, promotion and branding

Specialized knowledge of Aftersales business operation areas and performance trends.

Execute meaningful marketing strategies that will aid in meeting future business objectives.

Increases customer’s product awareness for aftersales

Supports sales, profit, retention and other business development in each specialist Aftersales business Operation area

Develop and control annual After Sales marketing budget including detailed tracking of actual/forecast spend, cost-effective deployment of funds for both individual campaigns and overall budget.

Support dealers to implement agreed Aftersales Marketing Plan. Control implementation.


Experience requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any field

5 years of experience in Marketing – aftersales with automotive business  

Skill and experience in dealer management is preferred

Experience in marketing-related position in a professional, corporate environment

Business understanding (Customer relation, marketing, automotive industry).

Well-developed analytical and research skills.

Product- and CI knowledge

Good command of English
