Private Catering Director

·        Establish rapport with and entertain meeting planners while promoting hotel facilities and services

·        Analyze banquet event orders to ensure that all room set-ups, equipment, supplies, staffing and menus meet/exceed guest expectations.

·        Overseeing seating arrangements, the serving of meals and beverages, and the clearing of tables.

·        Monitor and control the maintenance of the meeting spaces and equipment to protect hotel assets and ensure a safe work environment.

·        Manage high profile and/or overflow group business, as appropriate

·        Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by guests

·        Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines

Job Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.

·        Minimum 10 years’ experience in a catering, customer services, sales or related fields, with minimum 5 years’ managerial level.

·        Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).

·        Ability to travel/ work upcountry
