Job Responsibilities
- Focus on internal communications and will include creating content for the intranet, speeches, as well as some external communications including social media posts, press releases, articles, and media opportunities to share company’s brand.
- Create strategies to increase employee awareness, promote productivity in coordination and collaboration with global communication team.
- Communicate with the media and other external parties to announce new products and discuss organizational changes in a way that attempts to maintain a positive images.
- Perform writing and exploring duties on behalf of staff and management and prepare accurate informational documents.
- Collaborate with media on various levels and initiate ideas to preserve and promote company objectives.
- Initiative to strengthen the Communications network in the Regions. With Merger and integration, the global intranet and our ambition to be a fully global company, the need to strengthen Communications in the region.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
- Guide and encourage inter departmental staff to communicate effectively and achieve company objectives.
- Draw up promotional plans with the communications and business development teams.
- Draft and revise project proposals and presentations, and enterprise ideas for company communications.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass communication, Media, Corporate marketing or related fields
- Work Experience at least 10 years, focus in Industrial Experience, Automotive or similar industry.
- Experience of global communication management with multi-national companies.
- General knowledge around Advanced IT technology to use for the objectives set herein.
- Knowledge around automotive industry is preferable.
- Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team building and facilitating skills
- English skill is mandatory TOEIC score 750 (for communicating with plants in Indonesia and India, and the other regions.)
- Good command of Japanese (Need JLPT N2 or above)
- Good understanding about Japanese business practice well
