Job Responsibilities


  • Design and define an equitable and competitive salary structure and compensation package aligned to company's strategy, business goals and corporate values
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc) Apply various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and non-financial compensations
  • Prepare job analysis, job evaluations , job classifications
  • Conduct salary surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
  • Support union and employee relations activities
  • Manage administrative tasks such as payroll management, HR data, personnel filing.,etc.
  • Lead HR project
  • Advise HRBP and Line Managers for compensation and benefits matters
  • Support organization for HRIS
  • Other duties to be assigned



Experience requirements

  • Bachelors' degree in human resource, economics, finance or related filed
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in compensation and benefits from multinational manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred
  • Able to hand on multitask
  • Strong leadership , analytical skill
  • Good command of English
  • Proactive, delivered, motivated in the fast pace environment
