Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for customer service which has to cooperate with team members, regional sales manager, forwarders and customers.
  • Follow up and monitor the accuracy of orders, shipments and related data or information.
  • Support customer for any problems or enquires.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Experience requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service or related roles & responsibilities.
  • Experienced in Chemical business is preferred.
  • Excellence command of English both written and spoken and experience in dealing with regional team is an advantage.
  • Good computer literacy: Microsoft Office and ERP system.
  • Strong communication, coordination, problem solving and interpersonal skills with good personality.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration or related filed.
