Job Responsibilities

  • Taking care accounts across APAC region and responding their inquiry via phone call, email, and live chat
  • Providing customer with requested documents and information including quotation, order status, outstanding payment, etc.
  • Coordinate with Accounting team and other departments to issue an invoice and delivery documents

Experience requirements

  • Years of experience as Customer Services Specialist, Coordinator, etc.
  • Service-minded and detail-oriented people with strong managerial skill
  • Experience in using SAP or other ERP systems will be an advantageous.
  • Excellence communication skill in English with TOEIC score above 750 is preferable. Fluent in Thai.

Education requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Arts, or any related field
