- Taking care accounts across APAC region and responding their inquiry via phone call, email, and live chat
- Providing customer with requested documents and information including quotation, order status, outstanding payment, etc.
- Coordinate with Accounting team and other departments to issue an invoice and delivery documents
- Years of experience as Customer Services Specialist, Coordinator, etc.
- Service-minded and detail-oriented people with strong managerial skill
- Experience in using SAP or other ERP systems will be an advantageous.
- Excellence communication skill in English with TOEIC score above 750 is preferable. Fluent in Thai.
