Job Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Plays a lead role in driving a cross-regional sales team and internal employees to penetrate key accounts and aggressively expand relationships for both of local and overseas customers
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Gathers detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, and leads team in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to accounts
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Experience requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any field
Strong experience in sales with compressor/ Electric Motor is a must
Experience in sales for both of local and overseas market
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
Good command of English
