Job Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work on major M&A transactions through either funds or direct equity investments
- Manage M&A process from deal sourcing through final closing and exits
- Collect financial, industry and market data/information related to sound investment opportunities
- Conduct business analysis on financial opportunities related to targeted companies
- Identify and recommend shortlists of potential deal targets
- Draft deal documentation such as proposals, teaser, and management presentation
Experience requirements
Key Qualifications:
- The candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience in M&A
- Experiences in Private Equity, Venture Capital and Big 4 advisory firms are preferable
- Solid background in deal sourcing, evaluating negotiating and closing deals
- Strong inter-personal skill
- Very good command of English, both written and verbal communication
- CPA, ACCA, FCCA holder is a plus
