Job Responsibilities
- Develop customer acquisition and retention strategy and its implementation plans.
- Manage tele-sale team for inbound and outbound calling to support customers' inquiries and requests.
- Manage CRM activities and membership renewal operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with business partnes.
- Work and collaborate with internal and external department teams to manage customer service day to day operation.
- Prepare progressive reports and analysis for top management.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BA, Marketing or related field.
- At least 8 years direct experience in CLV, VOC and customer retention in leasing, e-commerce, insurance or subscription service business.
- Strong managment with good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English is mandatoy.
- Proficiancy in Excel, powerpoint is needed.
- CAN DO attitude and customer service mindset.
