Job Responsibilities
- Manage the roadmap for your product, analyze customer journeys, oversee user research, define requirements, set timelines and lead a cross-functional team through product lifecycle
- Drive the digital/fintech/ICO/Banking product, own the value proposition align with the business vision
- Product innovation and drive performance and optimization of assigned product
- Drive innovation products and new initiatives from ideation, conceptualization, prototyping, through to implementation and launch.

- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for launching the product
Experience requirements
- 5 years of experience in product and business development with Financial Product Owner, Product and Business Management, Business Strategy and Planning
- Understanding in digital asset industry and capital market
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Have a startup founder mindset and be able to thrive in a dynamic environment, maintaining composure and a positive attitude
